K is a member of the Japanese boy band &TEAM, which was founded by Hybe Labels Japan. Nine individuals make up the group: K, Fuma, Nicholas, EJ, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki. They were the first group under their label, established through the reality competition &Audition – The Howling. &Team debuted with their first extended play First Howling: Me on December 7, 2022, and their first song “Under the Skin” was published on November 21, 2022.

Biography
Early Life And Career
K was a competitive marathon runner in Japan before to joining the trainee program. He took first place in a high school marathon in Kanto, Japan, among his many other victories. He spent a few years studying abroad in the US. He made the decision to pursue a singing career rather than attending college after seeing BTS perform live.
K joined the cast of the reality series I-LAND in 2020 and finished in the top 12. His age at the time was 22. K stayed with Belift and was chosen as a member of &TEAM despite not being included in the final ENHYPEN roster. To identify the other members of the boy group, Taki, EJ, and Nicholas took part in the survival program &Audition together with them.
K was announced as a contestant in the forthcoming survival show &AUDITION – The Howling – from HYBE Labels Japan on June 4, 2022.[8] It was revealed that he would make his debut in the winning group &TEAM on the final episode, which aired on September 3.[9] On December 7, 2022, they made their debut with the compact album First Howling: ME.
