Biography
Early Life And Career
South Korean trainee Ahyeon works for YG Entertainment. She’s a part of the new girl band BABYMONSTER.
She was created in South Korea’s Toegye-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.
In Chuncheon-si, South Korea, she went to Daeryong Middle School.
At Hanlim Arts High School, she is enrolled in Classes 1-6 in the Applied Music Department. Moreover, she attended Ara Dance Academy.
YG Entertainment presented a teaser poster on December 30, 2022, revealing their intention to debut a new girl group. The name of the group, BABYMONSTER, was made official on January 1, 2023 through a YouTube video named “YG NEXT MOVEMENT”. Ahyeon could be seen rehearsing in the same video, which appeared to confirm her membership in the group.
Ahyeon was unveiled as the second member of BABYMONSTER at a live performance on January 16.
