In early 2025, Vita Nosova, co-founder of the international brand PROSTO COSMETICS, became a member of the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (BDA), a leading business community that brings together entrepreneurs who influence the economic strategies of the future. This became an informational occasion for an interview about her path, business philosophy, and vision of modern entrepreneurship.

– Vita, what does it mean to you to be a member of such a prestigious business association as the BDA?

      It is a recognition of my path, values and results. It is not about status, but about a real environment of strong, strategic people. In BDA, everyone is a leader with specific tasks, and there are no random people here. The community allows us to develop, scale ideas, and influence the economy through specific initiatives.

– How did you become a member of this prestigious association, since not everyone can join the BDA?

 Every step, from the idea of the brand to its scaling, is part of my journey. I created PROSTO COSMETICS as an honest and functional brand. In two years – from zero to half a million units. And when I was invited to join the BDA, I already had a reputation, results, and partners. It was a logical continuation, not an accident.

– What opportunities does participation in the BDA association open up for you?

The most important thing is access to a high-level environment. Strategic discussions take place here, and ideas that transform the industry are born. Members of the association participate in the development of standards, interact with government agencies, international partners, and have access to unique analytics. This is a powerful resource: forums, business missions, mentoring, and experience exchange.

For me, as an entrepreneur, this is a tremendous resource – exchange of experience, participation in forums, business missions, and access to expert opinion. Participation in the association is also a chance to share my experience with others. I actively participate in mentoring programs and share my knowledge with young entrepreneurs. It is important for me not only to build my brand, but also to create a business environment where new ideas, courageous leaders, and true values are born. I see how BDA can change reality through initiatives, projects, and people.

  • What role does the BDA play in the international economic space and for entrepreneurs in general?

 In today’s world, global processes cannot be ignored, and this is where the BDA proves itself as an international player. The Association is not limited to the domestic environment – it actively supports international missions, establishes strategic dialogues between countries, and engages foreign partners in joint initiatives. Business today is not only about national success, but also about global reputation. The BDA creates platforms where intercontinental projects are born, where innovations, knowledge, and financial instruments are exchanged.

I see the BDA shaping the image of a new economy – innovative, transparent, sustainable. The BDA is a place where small businesses can find support and large businesses can get an impetus for transformation. It is a space where ambitions are backed by systemic actions, and I am happy to be a part of it.

  • Vita, let’s talk about your brand. How do you assess the impact of PROSTO COSMETICS on the beauty industry today?

When I created PROSTO COSMETICS, I had a clear mission – not just to sell cosmetics, but to solve problems. I listened to my customers and created a real solution. And this, in my opinion, has become the main factor in the influence of the PROSTO COSMETICS brand on the market.

PROSTO COSMETICS products are already available on all key online and offline platforms in Russia and Kazakhstan. We receive thousands of positive reviews, stories of clients whom we have really helped. We deliberately do not go into the premium segment – our philosophy is different: to make quality cosmetics affordable. And today it is already a trend. More and more young brands are starting to talk honestly about the composition, about the functions, about skin, hair, and body problems. And I think we were among those who launched this wave. I have a powerful platform, Instagram, which has become a platform not only for brand promotion but also for inspiration. I’m not afraid to talk about difficult things: about fatigue, failures, and burnout. And people appreciate it. I’m not afraid to be real, and that’s what creates a real connection with people.
