Rosé is a Korean-New Zealander singer and dancer residing in South Korea. She is a member of the well-known Korean pop group Blackpink. She was born in Australia and reared in New Zealand.
Rosé and fellow Blackpink member Jisoo were selected as Kiss Me advertising models in 2018. In October 2019, Rosé was revealed as a promotional model for Perfect World Entertainment’s MMORPG Perfect World Mobile.
In August 2021, Rosé became a model for the Korean unisex casual brand 5252 BY OIOI and the contemporary brand OIOICOLLECTION. She announced her relationship with the meditation and sleep app Calm in December 2021, which would feature her own bedtime story titled “Grounded With Rosé.” Rosé was picked as one of the models for Homeplus’s 25th anniversary advertisements in February 2022, with actor Yeo Jin-goo. Rosé was chosen as the inspiration for the luxury cosmetics firm Yves Saint Laurent Beauté in January 2021. Rosé attended the Met Gala, an annual fundraising event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute in New York City, as Vaccarello’s guest in September 2021. Her appearance, along with that of rapper CL, made them the event’s first female K-pop stars.
Rosé was named Tiffany & Co.’s global ambassador in April 2021, featuring in the company’s Tiffany HardWear digital campaign. She said, “I’ve always liked wearing Tiffany jewelry. Being a member of a great company that has long been a part of my life makes it much more meaningful to me. I’m ecstatic and privileged to be a part of the HardWear campaign, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it “. Rosé was named the face of Tiffany’s 2022 HardWear campaign in March 2022.
