5. Wembley Stadium
The new Wembley Stadium debuted in 2007, just in time for the 2007 FA Cup final between Chelsea and Manchester United, which Chelsea won 1-0. It is the home of England’s national football team, and as such, it has hosted a number of international matches since its re-opening.
With a capacity of 90,000, Wembley is England’s largest stadium. The English Men’s National Team plays there, and it also holds national finals such as the FA Cup and other competitions. Wembley is also one of the best-designed and-laid-out stadiums in the world. Over the east and west ends, there are two partially retractable roof structures.
