3 months in so far from my amazing client. 1kg lost on the scale between photos which is crazy right??😳 but the transformation in her physique tells a bigger story. This shows you that the number on the scale isn’t everything >  body composition changes, muscle growth, and fat loss don’t always reflect in weight alone. This is why taking regular progress photos is so important! They help you see the real changes that the scale can’t measure

6 years of showing up for myself everyday. Not every day was in the gym training, but every single day, I made decisions that matched with my goals. I made promise to myself that i would show up, even when it was uncomfortable, even when progress felt slow, and even when I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right.

It just comes down to consistency and adapting to what works best for you. Most of you on here know how to train now that we are all flooded with effective training videos online but your progress stalls because of your mindset. The environment you create for yourself, the quality of your nutrition, sleep, exposure to sunlight and just sticking with it long enough for these habits to feel natural.

If you’re doubting yourself, I want you to know that your effort is never wasted. Keep chipping away, you'll look back and thank yourself for not quitting. When I see someone who is fit, I understand what it took for them to get there. When a fit person walks into a room, I see the sacrifice, the discipline, and the commitment it required. De bloat drinks, green juices? Save your money. 

Are we still stuck in 2009 looking for quick fixes? It’s 2024 going into 2025 and were still trying to look for shortcuts. If there is anything you need to invest in, its yourself the right way and if you aren't sure about diets than save that money and invest in a coach. 

Focus on solutions that actually work. I didn’t need a magic drink I fixed my diet and looked at what was causing inflammation. The obvious answer? Processed foods.

Post leg day🩵

Currently training LEGS twice a week

Leg Day 1 is a full leg day with a focus on more quad dominant exercises. The main compound exercise, such as squats, pendulum squats, or any squat variation, targets the quads, but your glutes are still activated, especially at the bottom of the squat. While the primary emphasis is on your quads, the glutes, hamstrings, and other muscles are also stimulated, giving balanced muscle activation on the lower body. So you’re making sure that all muscles are worked, with a focus on quads for that session

No legs for 2 days ( I do an upper day and 1 active cardio rest day)

Leg Day 2 is a full leg day with a focus on hamstrings and glutes. The main exercises for me being hip thrusts and RDLS, these mainly target the glutes, but they also activate your hamstrings and even your quads to help stabilize the movement but my glutes are heavily engaged 

Im just trying to explain how this structure is more effective than isolated quad or glute only workouts because it prevents overtraining one area while neglecting others, which can lead to imbalances and slower progress.
