Im Na-Yeon, usually referred to as Nayeon, has established himself as a household figure in South Korea’s music and fashion industries. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, on September 22, 1995. Together with her sister, Im Seo-Yeon, she was raised.
She participated in a child modeling competition when she was younger, and the idol agency J.Y.P. Entertainment cast her. But she refrained from following them because her mother forbade her early involvement in the entertainment industry.
She entered the agency’s seventh Open Audition without her family’s consent in 2010, ten years later. She ultimately became a trainee.
Nayeon participated in the reality program Sixteen in 2015. A contest to choose the female members of the group “Twice” was held. She eventually joined the girl group and was one of the nine winners.
